WHAT IS CLUB MED CONNECT?
Club Med Connect is an online appointment creator to connect with the Club Med sales team or other Club Med departments for seamless support, making things even easier to ensure you get the help and support you need. With each of our countries regions in different situations with varied restrictions and working environments, and not a lot of certainty around when our lives might return to the ‘norm’, we know that we need to make changes to adapt our team’s accessibility and how travel agents can connect with our team in the future.
The new ‘Club Med Connect’ platform allows you to:
- Choose the time and date that best suits you
- Select your meeting length (30-minutes or 1-hour) and the format you’d prefer (video conference / in person / phone call)
- Specify your preferred meeting type and topic – choose from pre-proposed topic options from “An intro to Club Med and where to start” to “Trade Portal – Navigation or Login issues”, or nominate your own.
- Select who you’d like to meet with, or leave it up to us! You can choose to connect with:
- The Sales Team, to help improve sales tactics as well as educate on promotions and product.
- Transport Experts, to help navigate updating airline polices and routes
- Marketing Experts, to help upskill and critic rebound marketing plans
- Meeting and Event Experts, to build new MICE opportunities
