Returning to the Club Med team after 15 years working externally with other international hotel brands including the Radisson Hotel Group and The Hotel Connection, Lisa has extensive experience working with travel agency and MICE networks, especially in the luxury space, perfectly aligning with Club Med’s overarching upscale strategy.
Lisa brings a wide-ranging knowledge of the Club Med business, previously working across many departments of the global company, including finance, reservations, meetings and events, and operations. Lisa even worked as part of the resort animation team (‘GO – Gentle Organiser’) for nine years across multiple worldwide Club Med resorts.
With the unique combination of an incredible suite of industry experience, and a deep understanding of Club Med, Lisa is the empassioned to take the business in Australia and New Zealand to the next level.

As a naturally empathetic person Brendon originally perused a career in teaching, but after a life changing moment when he was younger he decided that travel was what he was passionate about and that’s when he landed a job in the reservations team at Club Med in 2008.
After over 10 years of working with Club Med in Sydney, in a number of different roles across Club Med Meetings & Events and Sales, Brendon is currently the Business Development Manager for NSW & ACT and has undertaken the management of many major projects in the company including the In Store Boutique Program.
Brendon has also recently taken on a new and exciting pathway within the business, Brand Manager for New Zealand. This role will be working closely with the market to provide its agents with the tools and support it requires. New Zealand is a very important emerging market for Club Med and the value that Brendon will bring.
Business Development Manager VIC, SA & WA
Adam has worked in the Hospitality and Travel industry for many years. Previously working in 5 star hotels on the Gold Coast and Sydney , in various roles including Banquet Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager. He then made a move to the travel industry starting in a retail agency in Rosebay where he progressed to Retail Manager.
Adam began his career with Club Med over 6 years ago as Sales Manager NSW/ACT and has developed strong relationship’s with his key travel partners. He loves meeting people and developing strong partnerships and of course, taking agents away on educational. Adam is well travelled with Club Med so when you ask him a question about a resort, it is most likely from personal experience.
Today, Adam leads the state of VIC and has recently accepted the opportunity to manage WA.
Business Development Executive VIC & TAS
Neryl has recently joined the Club Med Sales team in April 2019, after coming from a retail role at Helloworld Drysdale. Starting out her career in travel as a junior consultant with Harvey World Travel, Neryl has spent the majority of her industry career in wholesale as a BDM in Victoria and Tasmania representing the Travel Corporation, Insight Vacations and Contiki Holidays and then Complete Cruise Solutions. Neryl now lives on the surf coast of Victoria with her husband and son.
Business Development Manager QLD, NT & Northern NSW
Zoe started her career in travel in 2006. Coming from a family of travelers, she started her first job with Harvey World Travel and though the years moved around the industry.
From Flight Centre Head Office, Toll Dnata at Brisbane Airport and also Business Development for Contiki Holidays. Zoe recently began her time at Club Med in August 2018 as the Business Development Manager for QLD, Northern NSW, Northern Territory and New Zealand. Zoe loves everything about travel from exploring new cultures, trying her luck at the local languages, immersing herself in local food most importantly – creating new friendships.
Not only does Zoe love helping agents sell travel, she’s good at it too, being a finalist for the NTIA 2017 and also Contiki’s National Sales Manager of the year in 2016.
Trade Marketing & In-Store Boutiques
With a background in marketing, hospitality, retail and broadcast media, Kass entered the travel industry in 2015 with a broad business understanding and a gung ho attitude.
Kass’s passion for travel and tourism sparked on her first international trip – a 12 month working holiday to the UK and she hasn’t stopped collecting international travel experiences since, with 29 countries now under her belt.
Her travel and tourism career started with TUI Marine working in marketing and business development for brands Le Boat, Sunsail and the Moorings before moving on to partnerships and digital marketing with SNA Tours & Travel Asia. Since 2017, Kass has established herself as a go-to in the Club Med team moving from Trade & Sales Marketing Executive, then to Trade Marketing Manager and to now also taking on the partnership and development of in-store boutique program. Kass will endeavor to help you reach your strategic goals – her combined operational marketing skills and natural affinity for relationship development and sales success, are a recipe to benefit to your business.
Highly recognised, Kass has been in the Club Med Key Talent program since 2018, received the 2016 Sunsail International Award for Independent Thinking and has been a finalist in the Women in Travel awards a number of times between 2016 & 2019.
Outside of Club Med, Kass likes to be involved in her community, contributing significantly to Sydney’s Norths Rugby and Manly Hockey programs.
